davorParticipantUsing the original WordPress theme doesn’t have this problem.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi davor
Please, send a link to the page concerned so we can take a look and help resolve the problem.
Thanks

davorParticipantThis concerns a plain new wordpress installation with only SiteOrigin page builder and widgets + Ultra. Unfortunately, I can’t upload pictures easily here.
Anyway, suppose you are making a title page (static front page). Add SiteOrigin Editor and start typing in Header 1 style. Save the page and now go look at the preview (or just the front page of the website). The font type clearly differs between the editor and how it looks on the page.
This discrepancy made me wonder whether there are more of such inconsistencies.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThanks for your feedback. Images aren’t that helpful. With almost all support queries, the fastest way for us to assist is to check out the page you’re working on, do a quick code inspection and then advise from there. Below is a Set as private reply checkbox. You can use that to keep your URL private.
Ultra doesn’t add an editor stylesheet. So yes, this is an expected result. By default, headings on the site front-end will be styled using the Lato font family. Ultra Premium contains full font control but if you’d like to stick with free we’re happy to help with small Custom CSS snippets to change the heading and or body font families as you need.

davorParticipantFrom an inexperienced eye like mine, it seemed as if something was broken. Thank you for a quick reply. Since this is not a real issue, you can remove it or mark it as solved.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterFor sure. Sorry for the confusion. Let me know if anything else comes up 🙂

davorParticipantBy the way, and sorry for being ignorant, but is there any reason why editor stylesheets are not used in Ultra? It makes the ‘visual’ mode less reliable.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterUltra Premium has several different font settings. The editor stylesheet was omitted due to those settings. Adding one would mean that both the site front end and the editor styles would have to be changed when a font setting is changed, adding to complexity of those settings. In the free version, your headings are Lato, your body is Lato. If you’d like to use Custom CSS to change those font families in the free version, I can certainly assist.

davorParticipantOk, I see, thanks. Lato is fine :).
