I have floating menus (wp floating menu pro) that are specific to certain pages. When I do a search and it finds pages with floating menus their menu appears on the page with the search results. I am not quite sure how to address this. The wp floating menu pro plugin does have a setting to not appear in searches and I have set it to not appear.
Any ideas?

Thanks for posting.
Perhaps start out with a quick and temporary change to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen. Do a search, does the same issue occur? If not, I’ll take a look at the Twenty Sixteen search results file and see what it might be doing differently to Polestar and then assist further.

The issue was with the wp floating menu pro plugin.
They fixed the issue and released a new version.Thank you for your response.
