tipsfromitalyParticipantI’m using the site origin templates and on the home page there is a 1 cm blank gap between the main menu and my picture. How can I remove it? can you please write down the exact path to follow?
Thank you

Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi 🙂 If you go to Pages > Home Page and locate Page Settings in the right column, is Header Bottom Margin disabled? If it is and the gap still shows, please, send a link to your site and we’ll take a look. Thanks.

tipsfromitalyParticipantHi Andrew!
Thank you for getting back to me!
It is disabled and all the other pages it disappeared. But on the home it doesn’t.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThanks for the link. Please, go to Pages > Home Page and change the Page Template to Default. From there, set the Layout to No Sidebar and then all should be ok.

tipsfromitalyParticipantIt worked!
thanks a million! it has been quite a headache!!
P.S. I also need to find out how to change background color on a siteorigin headline. Do I ask you or i should go somewhere else?

Andrew MisplonKeymasterGlad that helped 🙂 Please, feel free to ask right away if you can’t solve a problem.
When editing the Headline widget, try clicking the Design tab on the right, is there a background color set there?

tipsfromitalyParticipantThere is and I tried it.
I’m using the beautifully baked page template.
Underneath the main there’s a mustard yellow box stretched all the way. I can’t find how to change the color. So, I inspected it, made a new one and tried to implement the same details as the code but it wouldn’t stretch all the way. Thanks again!?

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThe background color is either at the row or widget level. To edit the row, click the wrench icon on the far right, then click Design on the right, there is a background color setting there. To make the row bg color go full width, click the Layout tab in row settings and set the layout to Full Width.
