The images in the SiteOrigin Post Carousel that I’m using are stretched. They are fine through the rest of the pages. I’m new to WP so this may be a simple fix, however I’m unable to figure it out.

Thanks for sending your site’s URL via email. I thought I’d answer here because this can be a common challenge. Please, try installing the following plugin:
The easiest way is to go Plugins > Add New and search for Regenerate Thumbnails. Once activated, go to Tools > Regen. Thumbails and click Regenerate All Thumbnails. Let me know how that goes 🙂
