Jetpack’s Carousel has been disabled, because another plugin or your theme is overriding the [gallery] shortcode.

Thanks for posting. There isn’t anything in Ultra that would cause this that I know of. Please, run a plugin conflict. test. Reactivate Jetpack Carousel and then temporarily deactivate all other plugins. Does the issue resolve? If so, reactivate your plugins one by one, after each activation check for the issue. When it breaks again you would have found the conflict.
