Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi Ali
There is only header offset if you’re linking to Page Builder by SiteOrigin row ID’s. If you are, here is how that works: https://purothemes.com/documentation/ultra-theme/one-page-website/.
If not, you could deactivate smooth scroll in Theme Settings > Navigation (https://purothemes.com/documentation/ultra-theme/customizer/theme-settings/navigation/) and use https://wordpress.org/plugins/hash-link-scroll-offset/.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThe originating link must be in the main menu. If the originating link isn’t in the main menu, it must have the
puro-scroll
class added. The anchor must be a Page Builder Row ID. You can edit the Row ID by editing the row and opening Attributes in the right column.December 19, 2018 at 11:01 am #11175
AliProParticipantit doesn`t work 🙁

Andrew MisplonKeymasterThe link isn’t in the main menu so you have to add a class:
<a href="#colophon" class="puro-scroll">Scroll to the footer</a>
