[Resolved] After activation of Premium plugin, additional options do not appear

After activation of Premium plugin, additional options do not appear in Customizer.
I use a Russified version of Polestar Theme

Thanks for your message.
Please, go to Plugins, confirm Polestar Premium is activated. Next, go to Themes, ensure Polestar is your activated theme. Finally, go to Customize > Theme Settings > Header. Can you see the Header Logo setting?

Yes, I see the Header Logo setting
I checked all the activation options, all is on.
