Your admin link is being forwarded many times, you might have been hacked. I don’t think this is related to Ultra. Hack recovery can be complex, here are the steps.: https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_My_site_was_hacked. You could ask your hosts to try roll you back to a known point.
