xazqeParticipantHi!
I seem to have missed out on many updates to Ultra Premium – I noticed that my theme is stuck on 2.2.6 from may 2017, and it hasn’t showed up in the WordPress “Updates” section now that I think of it.
The theme has worked fine, until I modified my htaccess today, in order to start running the site with php 7 instead of php 5.6.
But when having php 7 enabled, all pages of the website output as completely white. So I suspect this might have to do with the outdated theme.
How do I upgrade to the latest version of Ultra Premium manually? The download links from the theme purchase e-mail confirmation don’t work anymore.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi
Thanks for posting.
I’ll resolve the update issue for you shortly but there is a good chance this isn’t theme related.
Please enable debug so that the white screen displays the error that’s causing the problem. Here is how:https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-set-up-wordpress-error-logs-in-wp-config/

Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi, please, can you use the private reply option to send me your purchasing email address. It doesn’t appear to be the email address used for your account here on purothemes.com. As a premium user, you can also migrate this thread to email if you’d like. Thanks.

Andrew MisplonKeymasterI’ve resolved an update issue for a .se Yahoo email address, the purchase was in 2016, it could be you. If an update isn’t showing at Dashboard > Updates please let me know the purchasing email address. If the issue persists after updating please enable debug to view the error. Thanks.

xazqeParticipantThanks, that solved it! It was an old outdated (Counterize – visitor stats) plugin that generated errors, which probably rendered the pages blank in php 7. Disabling the outdated plugin, which showed up in several lines in debug mode, removed the blank page error with php 7.
And upgrading to Ultra Premium 2.3.10 worked great! I did a complete site backup before upgrading, but no need to use it. Thank you for the quick replies! =) <3

Andrew MisplonKeymasterSuper, I’m really glad to hear you’ve made progress and completed the upgrade to PHP 7+. Thanks for the update.
All the best with your site.
Andrew
