ReidParticipantHi – I bought the premium version of the Ultra theme and am in the process of creating my site (www.aixploringprovence.com). When I went to check how it was looking on my iPad and iPhone, I received a message that “Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found.” Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks in advance – Reid

Andrew MisplonKeymasterHi Reid
Thanks for your support.
A message like that isn’t usually theme related, it’s more of a hosting level notification. I’ve had a look at your site on my iPhone and Safari seems to be connecting normally. Perhaps try again, if the issue persists, try clearing Safari’s cache on your mobile device and see if that changes the situation.
On a different topic, perhaps head over to Appearance > Theme Settings and increase your Responsive Menu Collapse to 780, that’s the perfect point. It’s at 0 right now, that means the menu won’t become responsive at any point.
Let me know how the Safari issue goes 🙂

ReidParticipantThanks Andrew – I really appreciate the tip on the responsive menu collapse setting and have adjusted per your suggestion. I also cleared the browser data on both my iPad and iPhone and have been messing around with some of the connection settings. The website connects when I’m on my home wifi using a VPN, and on normal 4G without a VPN, but not on my wifi alone. The issue must have something to do with my wifi setup. Thanks again for your help and quick response. – Reid
