Thanks! Sorry, eternal newbie. It’s done.
What does this mean/how do I do the following?
“Please, can you ensure support@purothemes.com has an Administrator account for your WordPress installation so we can take a look and investigate further. “
Hi Andrew,
Further to the posts on this topic from October 2015, I have had this exact same error two more times now. I have lost my portfolio page, I don’t know for how long, and I really feel quite frustrated as it’s a repetitive issue. I haven’t been to my dashboard for a long time, so my portfolio is somehow getting ‘lost’ without any assistance from me. Can you provide me with a fix for this? I fear I am wasting my money with a website with a disappearing portfolio.
Please help
NicoleWow, that’s wonderful. Thanks Andrew for figuring out the solution, very grateful to you. All working now, Ace support!

All done, thanks Andrew.
I need your email address for that I think?
Morning Andrew,
I followed your instructions above but when I tried to upload to my media library, I got this message:
nicolefearfield-art.wordpress.2015-10-11.xml
Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.Nicole
Thanks Andrew for your fast reply. I’ve clicked ‘save’ in the the permalinks settings. but didn’t’ see any changes on the portfolio page.
Before this I was using Contango, rather inexpertly and infrequently. I wanted to move away from a blog and really just have somewhere to post paintings in a gallery as I finished them. Grateful for your help.
