    Sure πŸ™‚ The easiest way to adjust this is from Settings > Reading > Posts per page.

    Awesome πŸ™‚ Glad that helped.

    Once more small change. In /inc/woocommerce.php, please, remove the following:

    // Remove the WooCommerce page title
    add_filter( 'woocommerce_show_page_title', false );

    and replace it with:

    if ( ! function_exists( 'ultra_woocommerce_page_title' ) ) :
    /**
     * Filter the WooCommerce page title to remove it.
     */
    function ultra_woocommerce_page_title() {
    	return false;
    }
    add_filter( 'woocommerce_show_page_title', 'ultra_woocommerce_page_title', 10, 1 );
    endif;

    Thanks for your help and support.

    If you don’t mind, could we perhaps keep private replies for sensitive data, that way others might be able to follow thread. If you’d rather shift everything over to email we can do that too.

    The challenge with this integration was that I needed to move the .container close from all template files into footer.php. That’s why all of the Ultra template files are in the child theme. After the next update this won’t be necessary of course. I’d you’d like, please, send me your child theme and I’ll work this up for you. Apologies for the hassle. support@purothemes.com.

    The warning that @fredriksegeranpt is referring to has to do with the way I’ve moved the title tag from the main area into the Ultra title tag area. I’m working on that right now.

    Thanks everyone.

    I’m not able to re-create the sidebar issue. Did you use the child theme above or move some of the files over to an existing child theme?

    Thanks. Diving in now. To avoid putting several WooCommerce templates into Ultra I moved around the div closing structure. This allowed us to handle the WooCommerce wrapper from /inc/woocommerce.php and not have to do it all from WooCommerce template files. Sounds like I missed a beat. With you shortly.

    Oh dear! Let’s get this solved!

    Please, start by running a plugin conflict test. There is a possibility this is originating from a plugin or plugin conflict. The first part of the test is quick:

    1. Go to Plugins and de-activate all plugins except for WooCommerce. Does the warning message go away?
    2. If the warning disappears then the test has been successful. Re-activate your plugins one by one until the message re-appears.

    Let me know how that goes πŸ™‚

    Hi Fredrik

    Thanks for reaching out and for your support.

    I’ll include WooCommerce compatibility in my next update. For now, you’ll need to use a child theme to get WooCommerce to correctly render with Ultra.

    The Ultra child theme can be downloaded here: https://purothemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/ultra-child-woocommerce-01.zip. It’s a ZIP file.

    1. Download the ZIP file to your desktop.
    2. Install from Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme.
    3. Activating a child theme will cause Appearance > Menus location settings to reset you just need to re-save your menus to their locations.
    4. Activating a child theme will cause the Customizer to reset. Only a big mission if you’re using Ultra Premium. I usually manually copy settings over by opening Appearance > Customize in one tab and then activate the child theme in another.

    Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

    Thread update: We seem to have been successful by removing square brackets that were part of the user inputted subject.

    I removed the square brackets from your email form subject. Not sure, that might have been a problem. Form works for me now. Switched it over to your email address. Give it a try.

    With all WordPress challenges a standard troubleshooting process would be to reduce the installation back to a vanilla state. If the issue resolves you’d build it back up again until the issue re-appears.

    Have you done any troubleshooting yet? If so, what steps have you taken to try resolve?

    Hi Xavier

    Great to hear from you.

    At the moment, I’m afraid, I don’t know of a way around this. You could perhaps try testing the default Meta Slider full width option, but I think it might do the same. Worth checking. To do so, go to Theme > Settings > Home and disabled the stretch option. Then, go to Meta Slider, click Advanced and enable 100% width. The height will now be flexible and Meta Slider will be handling the full width aspect.

    Let me know how it goes πŸ™‚

    Hi πŸ™‚

    The challenge is this line:

    <span style="display:block;clear:both;height: 0px;padding-top: 250px;"></span>

    Remove the above span tag. If you instead insert the image directly using a SiteOrigin Editor or Visual Editor widget (Black Studio TinyMCE), the image will re-size normally.

    If we’re planning on placing text over the image then it might be better to install the Widgets Bundle: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle and use the Hero widget.

    If you want to stick to the current background and place text over it then we’ll need to use custom row classes and media queries to carry it out in a responsive manner.

    Let me know if you want to keep the title “Home” on the home page. If so, I can help remove that spacing that shouldn’t be there above the page title. If you want to remove it just edit the page and set the Page Template in the right column to Full Width No Title.

    We’re at GMT+2 in Cape Town so most likely back with you tomorrow πŸ™‚
