Thanks for reporting this challenge. Apologies for the hassle and also for the Google login hassle. Which version of IE are you working in?
Lots of little polishes I’d like to add, but for the moment, I think this works ok, checkout and all:
1. Download the ZIP file to your desktop.
2. Install from Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme.
3. Activating a child theme will cause Appearance > Menus location settings to reset you just need to re-save your menus to their locations.
4. Activating a child theme will cause the Customizer to reset. Only a big mission if you’re using Ultra Premium. I usually manually copy settings over by opening Appearance > Customize in one tab and then activate the child theme in another.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes. I’ll send more through once I’ve added a few little polishes.
Thanks again for the wait. I have the basic setup in place.
Tomorrow I’ll add a bit more polish (the first round at least) and then split these changes off into a child theme so you can use them right away and not have to wait for the update.
Thanks! I’ll jump into this a bit later. It’ll be super nice for Ultra so I’m keen to get it sorted! Chat in a bit.
Mmm! Ok, I see the challenges. How long could you spare for me 🙂 I’m back on in a few hours and will give it another look then. I’ll need to do this properly to get the layout working with the Ultra page titles. Just at a glance that’s going to be the big challenge. If I could have 24hrs that would be epic. If not, I understand.
Thanks for the update. I’ll take a look a shortly. I’m sure I’ll be able to resolve.
Thanks for reaching out. I haven’t looked at this just yet. If you give me a couple of hours I’ll jump in. I’m sure I can work a child theme up for you if necessary.
Chat in a little bit 🙂
Lovely! All sorted now.
Cheers for now 🙂

Apologies, this is my fault. I updated the way some of the slider integration works to try resolve another small edge case challenge. Glad we could fix quickly.
Just a quick heads up. On my side, some of the icons in use aren’t loading. Namely the Featured widget icons. The reason for this is WordPress is being loaded from your IP address and that doesn’t match our site URL. This is cross-domain loading. Hosts don’t like this and as a result block the request. It needs to be done with care, but once your WordPress and Site URLS match, this issue will resolve (Settings > General). Let me know if you need a hand with this, or anything else moving forward.
Awesome 🙂 Thanks. Checking now.
Pages > Home has it’s own slider settings. They are designed to duplicate whatever you set at Theme Settings > Home. Is there is any chance if you go to Pages > Home and check Stretch Slider in the Page Slider metabox in the right column? Just guessing now, but worth a quick check.
Ok, with you now. Mmm! Any chance I could take a look? You could perhaps drop the maintenance mode for a few mins. Another option is to create a regular Subscriber user account for me (email@example.com).
It does, thanks 🙂 Please, check Appearance > Theme Settings > Home, there is an overlap setting there. Is it enabled? Try disabling it. Does this resolve the challenge you’re having?
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the hassle. Could you perhaps send your URL through so I can take a quick look. Below the comment form there is a Set as private reply checkbox if you’d like to keep your site URL private 🙂
Thanks for reaching out.
If you haven’t yet created your blog page, go to Pages > Add New, create a page called blog. Then go to Settings > Reading and assign your Blog page as the “Posts Page”.
Head over to Appearance > Menus, create a custom menu and assign it to the Primary Menu location. Then add your pages including Blog to the menu. Drag to re-order.
For more on custom menus, please, see: http://purothemes.com/documentation/general-wordpress/menus/
Let me know how that goes 🙂
