    Hi Amy

    For anything that you can add a class to like a Page Builder row or widget you can do the following…

    1. Add the following to the class field offered by the row or widget:

    mobile-hide

    2. Add to Custom CSS:

    @media (max-width: 780px) {
    	.mobile-hide {
    		display: none;
    	}
    }

    Download, unzip and then upload the PHP file to your child theme folder:

    That’s correct. It isn’t templated that way in the same way that it isn’t set to show in Twenty Sixteen. For the majority of users this is desired. Sorry it isn’t what you’re after, wish I could help both cases. In Ultra I had a setting but was trying to reduce the number of settings in this theme.

    Let me work something up for you…

    Thanks, I’m with you.

    Partially walking back my previous reply. It’s a theme level decision. For example, if you test Twenty Sixteen theme the page title won’t display, but it will in Twenty Seventeen. If you don’t want to proceed with the Page Builder solution I mentioned, we could look at a child theme solution for you.

    For a Page Builder, Events Calendar fix you’d need to create a new page, insert one of the Events Calendar widgets into the page and then link to that page as your main events page.

    Hi 🙂

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary user account so we can login and take a look? You can create a new user account from Users > Add New in WordPress. Below you’ll find the information to enter and actions to take:

    Username: puro
    Email: support@purothemes.com
    Password: Click Show Password and copy the provided password to your clipboard (ctrl + c).
    Send User Notification: Disable this checkbox
    Role: Administrator

    Lastly, click Add New User. Once that’s done, please, reply to this email and send us your site’s URL (web address) and the password for our new user account.

    Once we’re done with this support ticket you can delete our user account.

    Hi bdb

    Which theme were you interested in? Did you make any progress?

    Hi Sydney 🙂

    Thanks for posting. WordPress doesn’t render any content besides the posts feed on the blog page. One method would be to use Page Builder by SiteOrigin on the blog page. You don’t need to use Page Builder anywhere else if you don’t want to. With Page Builder activated, disable your posts from Settings > Reading (deselect blog page). Then, go to your blog page, click on the Page Builder tab, click Add Widget, insert the Post Loop widget and select the Blog template from the drop-down list. Save the page.

    Hi bdb

    Thanks for your interest. For Ultra and Puro we have a Gumroad payment option but unfortunately, for Polestar it’s only PayPal at the moment. In some countries you should have the option to not login and just use your credit card with PayPal although I know this isn’t an option everywhere. Unfortunately, for Polestar it’s just PayPal at the moment. Sorry we don’t have more options yet.

    Hi 🙂

    This will probably take some adjustments. First, try in Custom CSS:

    .site-content .polestar-container {
    	background: #fff;
    	overflow: hidden;
    }

    And perhaps add some padding?

    @media (max-width: 768px) {
    	.site-content .polestar-container {
    		padding: 0 10px 10px 10px;
    	}
    }

    Padding values represent top, right, bottom, left. You can adjust as required or not use that rule. Give it a try 🙂

    100%. I wasn’t sure if you were using a child theme so I was going for easiest method. With a child theme it’s super easy to add an attachment.php file and take control that way. Nicely done and thanks for the update 🙂

    Hi Frank

    This snippet works for me: https://gist.github.com/rfmeier/5753101.

    If you have a child theme you can insert that snippet minus the opening PHP tag into your child functions.php file. If not, go to Plugins > Add New, search for and install Code Snippets. Then go to Snippets > Add New, name the snippet as you’d like and insert the code from the Gist link above into the snippet body. Do not insert the opening PHP tag <?php. Finally, opt to run the snippet on the site front-end only and then click Save changes and active. Note that it’s possible to only save a snippet so you must save and activate.

    Let me know how that goes 🙂
