    Super, glad to hear you’re making progress.

    To reduce the non-stuck header opacity to zero, try adding the following to Customize > Additional CSS:

    .overlap .site-header:not(.is-stuck) {
        background: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);
    }

    .overlap .site-header:not(.is-stuck):after {
    	box-shadow: none;
    }

    Hi piotroq

    I’ve tested the setting and it seems to work ok on my local install. Please, can you check, if you go to Pages and edit the page in question, is the Overlap Header setting enabled in the Page Slider meta box in the right column?

    Thanks.

    You’ll need to make a small edit to the functions.php file in the child theme. The easiest would be to remove the polestar_child_body_classes function and replace it with the following:

    /**
     * Adds custom classes to the array of body classes.
     *
     * @param array $classes Classes for the body element.
     * @return array
     */
    function polestar_child_body_classes( $classes ) {

    	// WooCommerce sidebar.
    	if ( is_active_sidebar( 'sidebar-shop' ) && ( function_exists( 'is_woocommerce' ) && is_woocommerce() && is_product() ) ) {
    		$classes[] = 'woocommerce-sidebar';

    		if ( get_theme_mod( 'woocommerce_sidebar_position' ) == 'right' ) {
    			$classes[] = 'woocommerce-sidebar-right';
    		}
    	}

    	return $classes;

    }
    add_filter( 'body_class', 'polestar_child_body_classes' );

    Hi Barbara

    Great to hear from you. Sorry about this. It isn’t unique to Polestar Premium. There are a few things that can cause this. Do you want to try a quick manual install? Instructions to follow.

    Please, find a child theme solution here: https://purothemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/polestar-child-wc-single-sidebar.zip

    If you’re currently using a child theme, download the above and take a look at the changes I’ve made and integrate them into your child theme.

    If you aren’t using a child theme at the moment then you’ll install this child theme from Themes > Add New > Upload Theme. To migrate your settings from the parent to the child, please see: https://purothemes.com/customizer-settings-export-import/.

    Hi piotroq

    Your admin link is being forwarded many times, you might have been hacked. I don’t think this is related to Ultra. Hack recovery can be complex, here are the steps.: https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_My_site_was_hacked. You could ask your hosts to try roll you back to a known point.

    Hi Jared

    Thanks for posting. Polestar doesn’t offer a sidebar on single product pages. I’ll get back to you with a child theme solution. Chat then 🙂

    Hi 🙂 Glad to see you’ve made progress. You could also use something like this:

    .page-id-8 .site-header,
    .page-id-8 .masthead-sentinel {
    	display: none;
    }

    .page-id-8 .site-content {
    	margin-top: 20px;
    }

    All the best with your site.

    There is a SiteOrigin Google Maps widget which is part of the Widgets Bundle. Go to Plugins > SiteOrigin Widgets to activate it. You can try that as an alternative to see if the requests are less.

    Hi. I can’t see the plugin name because of your minification plugin in use, it might be GMap Shortcode. If you go to your Plugins list in your WordPress admin there should be a plugin listed there with Google or Maps in the name. You can also check this by editing your homepage. Edit the last widget at the bottom on the right. Check which shortcode is being used. The plugin powering that shortcode is most likely the plugin that’s loading Google Maps assets. The assets are only being loaded on the homepage and perhaps other pages with the shortcode, they don’t appear to be loaded on all pages. So it’s up to you how to approach it from here.

    The forum, unfortunately, doesn’t support email replies. Thanks 🙂

    Hi Jonathan

    Good to hear from you.

    Polestar doesn’t contain or load any Google Maps elements so it’s most likely a plugin loading a Maps element. If you aren’t able to find the source, please send a URL to the page concerned and I’ll take a look.

    Super, really glad to hear that!

    (If a Menu widget is inserted into the header area and is not contained in a Layout Builder, it should also convert normally to a mobile menu.)

    All the best. Cheers.
