Please, see my example: https://purothemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/ultra-child-acf-single-post-sub-title.zip.
I only saw your field naming after this so just change
sub_titlein single.php in the child as required.
Please, note that any changes you’ve made to the parent theme files will be lost if we release an update in the future and you run that update.
Nicely done on finding the problem. Thanks for sharing the fix here.
No probs I have solved the issue.
Super, glad to hear that did the trick. Unfortunately, the forum doesn’t support email replies at this time. It’s run on bbPress, nothing native in there for email replies at the moment.
Chat soon. Cheers.
Sure. How would you enter the sub-title? Where would that information be stored? You could perhaps install Advanced Custom Fields and setup a custom field that way. It would then require a child theme to render the field on the site front end.
The new version is live. Please, update and let me know how it goes. The issue should be resolved.
Sorry about this DCCDC. The header was changed to resolve another issue, we changed it from a CSS table layout to flexbox but missed this. Working the problem now. Will release an update before 4pm GMT+2. Thanks for reporting the problem.
Thanks for reaching out.
Sure 🙂 You use the Bottom Bar menu location (add a menu from Appearance > Menus to the bottom bar social location) OR you can insert text and links in the Copyright field.
Appearance > Customize > Theme Settings > Footer. You can add a link using HTML:
You could purchase a new single site license for a price you’d like to pay or you could upgrade to an unlimited multi-site license which costs $50. If you’d like to use this option, you’re welcome to deduct the amount you paid for your previous license. Upgrading is possible from the theme page.
Let me know how the footer text goes 🙂
Unfortunately, no ideas come to mind, this isn’t anything I’ve dealt with in the past. Why is the page being delivered in an iFrame? Is there a mobile plugin getting or third-party service getting in the way? I’d start by testing with a default theme and all plugins deactivated. If you send a link, I can take a quick look.
For sure 🙂 Chat soon. Cheers.
Thanks 🙂 Yes, the slider isn’t amazingly user friendly. It’s a standard Customizer settings control. The range is 2-5. It isn’t broken, that’s the current format, ideally you’d use it with the shop showing in the preview panel on the right.
I’ll look into this ASAP and make sure the column count is outputting without a save.
W3 Total Cache is worth checking out 🙂
Glad to hear the issue is resolved. Thanks for the feedback.
Please, send a link so I can take a look. Thanks.
Other ideas. Is your store page added with a shortcode? If you go to
Pages > Shop, is that an assigned archive page or is it using a shortcode?
Plugin conflict test. Does the issue still occur with all plugins except or WooCommerce deactivated? Not sure why the columns body class isn’t there. Caching a hopeful bet.
Hey Don, I’ll be able to think a bit clearer in the morning but at a glance, I don’t see a column count in the source code. If you got to
Theme Settings > WooCommerce, where is the column slider? Two should be the min. so perhaps the body class isn’t printing?
Are you running a caching plugin? If so, please, clear it. The class name was changed in the last update so if the old class name is cached, it’ll cause this issue.
Awesome, glad to hear that helped 🙂 Chat soon. Cheers.
